Estreleta Cabasug, was born on the Big Island in Hamakua to Serapio (father) and Petra (mother) Castillo. She graduated from Farrington HS then attended Hollywood Beauty College. She worked as a hairdresser at Beauty Fair. She lived on the Island of Oahu, and then later moved to Las Vegas where she passed at the age of 79 years old.
She is survived by her husband, Virgilio Cabasug (deceased); children, Alberta Cockrell, Vanessa Adkins (Richard), Mark Cabasug, and Chris Cabasug (deceased); grandchildren, Edward Ramos (Maryann), Mandy Lui (Zachary), Bill Cabasug (Joan), Candace Ernest (Jonathan), Jahmai Infiel, and Alvia Cockrell; great grandchildren, Jun Ramos, Medoah Ramos, Zaelynn Lui, Zephree Lui, Zayne Lui, Zavior Lui, Jaena Cabasug, Jaysha Cabasug, Breydan Cabasug, Nala Ernest, and Elijah Ernest; siblings, Victor Castillo (deceased), Fely DePeralta (deceased), Thomas Castillo (Deceased), Carmen Miranda (Deceased), Helen Negrana (deceased), and Rogelio Castillo (deceased).
