Condolences to his surviving wife and all other members of the great family. We had the pleasure of knowing Fai via his wonderful daughter Fung Lin and son-in-law Gordon who are our friends. But we really got to know him while he and his loving wife were living in the same housing complex as my mother-in-law. He was a good neighbor and friend, always taking time talking to us whenever we crossed each other while we were visiting mom or mother-in-law there. We enjoyed his many stories, positive attitudes and good humor, and his good things to share in life. Even though he and his wife later moved away from the housing complex, the friendship continued as we encounter each other again at other subsequent life milestone events (e.g., weddings) of his daughterâ€™s children. We are deeply sorry to hear the news of his passing. He was a man of great character and will be dearly missed by every member of his family, relatives, and his many friends.
