He is survived by wife Margaret Padilla; sons Matthew (Debra) Padilla, William (Joanne) Clay, Ralph (Valerie) Clay; hanai son Alberto (Madelyn) Morales; hanai daughter Antoinette Galarza; 23 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; sister Eva Lara. Visitation 9:00am Tuesday March 14, 2017 at Mililani Mortuary Downtown Chapel (20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu). Prayer service 10:00am. Service 10:30am. Burial 1:00pm at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
