He is survived by brother, Ismaelito Sotto (Nilda); sisters, Gloria Youngquist (Arvid), Lourdes Silos; 2 nieces; 6 nephews.
Inurnment will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
