Florian Tugade, 73, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on June 7, 2023. He was born on April 5, 1950 in Philippines.
He is survived by wife, Elisa Tugade; daughters, Flordeliza Lagunoy (Marvin) and Flori-Ann Fernando (Oscar Ryan); brother, Ray Tugade (Shirley); sister, Remedios Butac; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Wake Service will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 5:30 pm; and service 6:30 pm. Funeral Service will be held the next day, Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation 9:30 am; and service to begin at 10:30 am. Burial 1:30 pm at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
