Francis Fumio Neya, 87, of Mililani, Hawaii passed away on July 4, 2025. He was born on July 15, 1937 in Ewa, Hawaii.
He is survived by his son, Frank K. Domingcil; brother, Barry Neya; sisters, Eloise Saito (William), Geraldine Doi, and Kelly Murata (Nathan); 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 9:00am, program at 10:00 am, and service at 12:15pm. Burial to follow, 1:00 pm at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
