FRANCISCO "FRANK" GANAL BALICO, 97 of Waipahu, passed away on March 13, 2019 in Kapolei. He was born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
He is survived by his son Santiago (Ale) Balico; daughters Naty (Pol) Evangello, Maria Erice, Lumia (Eustaquio) Balino, Elena (Romeo) Ballan, Angie (Benjamin) Dela Cruz; 20 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:30 pm Tuesday April 16, 2019 at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka Chapel. Funeral service to follow at 6:30 pm.
Casual attire. No flowers please.
