He is survived by wife, Ramira Baliscao; son, Jessie (Aloha) Baliscao; daughter, Melba (Ruben) Marcos; 1 brother & 2 sisters; 4 grandchildren.
Wake service will be held on Monday, September 30, 2024 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel.
Visitation begins at 5:30 pm and service 6:30 pm.
Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 01, 2024 at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery, 11:00 am.
