George Nakamura passed peacefully on March 31st, 2026. He was 96 years old.
Throughout his nearly a century of life, George witnessed profound changes in the world and met each new chapter with quiet resilience. Those who knew him remember a man whose calm presence, thoughtful insights, and gentle humor offered steady comfort and encouragement. He found joy in life’s simplest moments and shared that appreciation with those around him, reminding us that kindness often speaks most powerfully in silence.
He was born on January 9th, 1930. A private service will be held.
