I'm so sorry to read this news. Mr. Glenn and Mrs. Ruthie were truly a blessing to my daughter and I. When I was stationed in Hi, they would help care for my daughter while I stood duty. They were both caring supportive and loving of thsi single mom and her baby. Mrs. Ruthless and your family are in my prayers 🙏🏾❤️
Glenn was a blessing to so many, he had a kind and gentle demeanour. When we moved to Hawaii in 2003 and had computer tech issues Glenn was willing and able to help us and during our 4 years while living in Hawaii and attending PIBC we came to know Glenn as a humble man who loved to serve the Lord. Glenn will be missed by many and we were blessed to have him as a friend.
Glen was a kind, gentle man. We enjoyed having him attend our MTA Seniors group and will miss him dearly. May your family be blessed with peace and comfort. Aloha!
He has been a loyal member of Pacific Islands Bible church in Mililani for many years wheremy husband John and I served as pastor and pastor's wife. He was a faithful servant and a very humbleman and a joy to know.
Glenn was a dear friend and "brother". A man who followed God, who dug deep in God's Truth, and truly had a servant's heart for family and friends. We sure do miss his wisdom at Ohana/Bible Study/Men's breakfast, where he definitely helped all us focus on God's Word and application in our lives. We were blessed by Glenn's example and friendship. Glenn was an amazing believer and an inspiration to so many people. He always had a kind word of encouragement and friendship. He personified the Ohana and being a servant leaderWe first met Glenn and Ruthie our first time at PIBC in December 2008. He welcomed us and asked if he could take our picture to put on the church FB page. He always did that for newcomers and made everyone feel part of our Ohana. Glenn was an amazing man and we are all so blessed to have known him.
A favorite memory I have of Glenn is his willingness to help me with my computer. When I needed help getting information off a damaged external drive, he provided the name of a wonderful resource in Wahiawa. He also helped me with compiling all our worship songs - chord charts & audio - into an online library. It was so nice. He didn’t mind and was overjoyed to be able to help. He was such a gentle and kind leader, who loved Jesus and PIBC.
We miss Glenn as a dear friend and brother-in-Christ. Our Ohana group always appreciated his kind manner and insights into scripture. With Aloha, Terri and Butch Noa
