Condolences to the family.
In my experiences with Glenn, he was for the rule of law, and adherence to protocol and knew his facts.
He cared so much about his community that when he saw the community run amok with broken promises and government shenanigans-- Glenn, often all alone many times in the pursuit of justice, was willing to make a scene because he knew his position was true, accurate, and of purpose for the greater good. "Bring it on."
Truth mattered. He had the next generations in mind- trying to save our most productive ag lands and natural ecosystems / pristine environments from destruction.
God sent us a good man. May he rest in peace and remembered for his good work on our behalf.
