Gloria Bagalayos Obituary
Gloria Bagalayos was born on May 1, 1946 to loving parents Jose and Celestina Lacro of Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
Gloria came to Hawai’i where she met and married her love Alfred Bagalayos Sr. They lived happily together until our Heavenly Father called Alfred Sr. home on December 26, 1996.
Gloria and Alfred Sr. were blessed with three children Marietta, Myrna, and Alfred Jr. Gloria was a loving and devoted grandma to eight grandchildren.
She worked for many years as a seamstress at various local companies. During her retirement, Gloria travelled between Hawai’i, Georgia, and California to spend time with and help raise her grandchildren. She loved sightseeing with family at different places on the mainland. She enjoyed spending time with her cousins and friends. Family and God were very important to Gloria. She often read the Bible and attended church.
Gloria enjoyed gardening, walking, cooking, and sewing. She was happy when others enjoyed her cooking and liked the clothes she made. Her lumpia, pancit, and bibingka were always everyone's favorites. She loved unconditionally, gave generously, and willingly helped others without hesitation.
She was reunited with her beloved husband and Heavenly Father on December 10, 2024. Gloria will be missed dearly by her family and friends. She will always and forever be in our hearts.
