I worked in restaurants with Mr. Manuel for a number of years and I remember him fondly as a kind, hard working, humorous man who was very wise and industrious - buying multiple properties in Honolulu. I lost touch with him in the 2980’s but it seems he had a long, productive life. He will be missed.
