HANAYO SUMA, of Pearl City, Hawaii, passed away on August 10, 2019 in Kapolei, Hawaii. She was born in Amauulu, Hawaii.
She is predeceased by husband, Takeo Suma; brothers, Katsuji (Dorothy), Douglas (Fujie), Kenichi Sakuma; sisters, Harue Kaneshiro and Setsuko Sakuma. She is survived by her son, Reggie Suma; daughter, Iris (Earnest )Tamayose; brothers, Seiji Sakuma, Benjamin (Naomi) Sakuma; sister, Julie (Stephen) Kashiwagi; grandchildren, Tricia (Miles) Okamura, Tory (Dayle) Tamayose, Courtney Suma; great grandchildren, Allyson and Keely Tamayose.
The family wishes to thank her dedicated caregivers: Mayrose Bocoboc; Islands Hospice nurse, Ava, and staff as well as the staff of Ka Punawai Ola.
