HAZEL LAULANI YAMADA SUMAGIT, 56 of Wahiawa passed away on August 10, 2018 in Wahiawa. She was born in Honolulu, HI.
Hazel is survived by her spouse Alejandro Sumagit; daughters Amanda (Tedrick) Armstrong, Jean Sumagit; brothers Clifton Yamada, Mitchell Yamada; sister Nancy (Roy) Omi; grandchild Lianna Ellie; nephew Yurick Omi.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm Saturday September 29, 2018 at Mililani Memorial's Mauka Chapel followed by memorial service at 6:00 pm.
