Unko Herb and Aunty Hana Lenchanko's home was like my 2nd home growing up. I've learned and got to watch first hand how to take a pig from the pen all the way to our kitchen table. Even to kill and pluck and get to eat fried chicken after. Farming our own kaukau is what our children need to learn today and I am forever grateful for Unko and Aunty's hearts in my life. To My Sistah's Kahea, Lani, Booty, and all my braddahs, and to all Unko Herbs family and friends, God Bless You. Love, Kapua Uahinui
