Ie'u Satoga Lilio Obituary
Ie’u Satoga Lilio, 56, of Honolulu Hawaii passed away on August 5, 2024 with his loving wife by his side at Queens Medical Center. He was born in American Samoa, and he hailed from the villages of Fagaima and Fagasa. He is the youngest (#12) of Aititio Satoga and Valelia Maifea Satoga’s children. He has 5 brothers and 6 sisters.
He had 3 passions: (1) his wife (2) his sons and families, and (3) music, specifically serving God with the gift of music. You know that Ie’u is in the house when you hear “Who Dat!” followed by hails of laughter. You will surely know he was here and there because he will leave you smiling or laughing.
He is survived by his beautiful wife, Zelpher Baby Pedro Lilio; two sons and their spouses: William Martin Pedro (Tiomai Poloa Pedro) and Melchizedek Lilio (Joanne Talitonu-Lilio); and two sisters: Maria Satoga Lilio-Sua, Saline Satoga Lilio-Navarrete.
Celebration of Life and Family Service will be held on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 2313 Nuuanu Avenue, Honolulu HI 96817 at 5:00pm. This would be his 35th Anniversary with his loving wife, Zelpher B. Pedro-Lilio. His final resting place will be with his beloved son, Taylor Tuli Lilio, sleeping and awaiting the glorious morning when Jesus returns.
