Isabelo Failano Palalay, 87, of Waialua, Hawaii, passed away on July 9, 2023. He was born on July 8, 1936 in Pasuquin Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
He is survived by wife, Erlinda P. Palalay; sons, Michael Palalay, Melvin Paul Palalay (Carla), and Andrew Palalay (Jennifer); daughter, Karen Claire Palalay (Jennifer); brother, Salvador Palalay; sisters, Julie Edrozo (Pablo), Agustina Balatico; and nine grandchildren.
Wake Service will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 5:30 pm; and service 6:30 pm. Funeral Mass to be held the next day, Friday, October 13, 2023 at St. Michael Church (67-390 Goodale Ave., Waialua, HI). Visitation begins 9:30 am; and service 11:30 am. Burial 1:30 pm at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
