JACQUELINE "JACKIE" KAHALEOUMI-SPENCER, 63, of Waianae, Hawaii passed away August 20, 2017 in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Jackie was the Waianae?Complex Supervisor for the Department of Parks and Recreation. She is survived by her husband, Nathan K. Spencer and sons, Kiethan Spencer and Michael Iean Spencer. Visitation and Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary's Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 9:30 am and Memorial Services follow at 11:00 am. Burial will take place following the Memorial Service at 2:00 pm at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery. Casual Attire, Flowers Welcome.
