Javier Dansalan's Obituary
Javier Dansalan was born on July 23, 1959, to the union of Pedro Domion Dansalan and Praxedes Fiesta Damo in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He later moved to Hawaii for a brighter future in 1994 along with his father and siblings. He was able to give his own family the opportunity to join him in the States while working as an amazing cook for a Filipino restaurant. He dedicated his life to his job for many years.
He enjoyed cooking for his family and the public. He’s known for his simplicity, kindness and generosity. He also loved to take trips back to his motherland and Las Vegas.
Javier peacefully departed this life on a Tuesday morning of March 17, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones after courageously battling cancer. He was preceded to heaven by his parents and four other siblings.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his daughters: Kristian Abigail Dansalan, Alaiza Dansalan Antonio (Mark Alexander), and Alianna Jean Dansalan; his grandchildren: Gabriel Montiel and Arlo Dansalan Antonio; his siblings: Fernando Dansalan Sr., Candido Dansalan, Helen Francisco, Lorna Dansalan, and Leonida Ulep; nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
Forever in our hearts, our loving father, papa, brother, uncle and friend; your laughter, generosity, and kindness touched everyone who knew you. May your soul find eternal peace.
