She is survived by her husband, Thomas Masaru Maeda; son, Carl Maeda; daughter, Lynn Reiko Blakslee (Daniel); sisters, Carol Kobuke (Kenneth), and Joanne Char (Howard); granddaughters, Alanna Blakslee, and Milleia Blakslee.
