Uncle John was a wonderful person. He was one of my dad's (Manuel) favorite brother. In Suisun, CA, my dad & Uncle John went on long walks together. There favorite think to do was fishing. My dad called Uncle John all the time; they would talk for hours; all kinds of stories. Uncle John is truly missed. Rest in peace.
Uncle John was a wonderful person. One of my dad's (Manuel) favorite brother. When, they lived in Suisun, CA; my dad & John went on long walks together. Fishing was their best time together. My dad called Uncle John all the time; talking stories. Uncle John liked doing hobbies; like making model airplanes. My dad & Uncle John lived going to the airbase; watching the jets take off. The 50th wedding anniversary party was so much fun! Good memories! Uncle John is truly missed.
I only met my grandpa on my dad’s side twice and I didn’t get to spend a lot of time with my grandpa on my mother’s side so Grandpa Belles was my grandpa to me. I always enjoyed his laughter and sense of humor. I have been part of the family for 25 years and we all shared a lot of good times together as a family. I remember a particular trip to Wet and Wild park in Orlando and Grandpa and I went on the highest and steepest slide. I was nervous when I got to the top. Grandpa was having a blast and was encouraging me to go ahead. He went ahead down the slide like it was no big deal so I had no choice but to go down the slide after him. It was a lot of fun. I’ll always remember his smile, his hard work as a father and grandfather and he will be missed deeply.
An awesome grandpa that had a heart of gold, a loving and wonderful person. Had a great sense of humor and is was very knowledgeable. Love and aloha you will be missed.
