John 'Dong' Sumile, Sr. Obituary
JOHN 'DONG' C. SUMILE, SR., 88 of Wahiawa passed away on June 8, 2018 in Wahiawa. He was born in Waialua, HI. He retired as a heavy equipment operator with the Navy Public Works at Barber's Point and Central Transportation in Wahiawa as a bus driver.
He is survived by his sons John C. Sumile, Jr., Norman (Pam) Llanos; daughters Jody (Bob) Ortogero, Liz (Stanley) Ormita, Marisa (Ed) Cadiente, Jerilyn (Manuel, Sr.) Ballesteros, Davelyn Llanos; brother Joe (Maggie) Sumile; sister Francisca (Jesse) Torres; 22 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:15 pm Monday July 9, 2018 at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka Chapel followed by eulogy at 6:15 pm and wake service at 6:30 pm.
Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
