Condolences and prayers to DeeAnne Imes-Amas and the Amas family for your loss. Jon is with God, our Heavenly Father. My family, the Alisonâ€™s, use to party and camp out with the Amas family back in the 1960â€™s and 1970â€™s; lotâ€™s of fond memories. Although I am 7 years younger than Jon, he was always friendly, kind and funny; a big heart he had. I some him back in the eighties at Ft. Street Mall while he was transporting newspapers. He stopped what he was doing and we talked a little while. He was still the same cool, caring, honest and friendly guy. Hold on to the memories and Godâ€™s gift that Jon came into our lives. Jonathan was my classmate from 7th grade at Waianae Elementary then from 8th-12th at Waianae High. I will always remember him as the class clown ! He always had us laughing . He was also my â€œhusbandâ€ in our 10th grade class play with my kid sister Eldan playing our daughter. Lots of great school memories. Prayers to his Ohana for their loss.
