He is survived by wife, Melen Balbirona; sons, Kenneth Balbirona, Steven Balbirona (Tomoko); daughter, Pamela Lee (Robert); step daughters, Lucia Birgado, Tommie Lynn Castillo, Terry Ann Jones, Maggie Olsen; 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
