Condolences Brooke and ohana! RIL Joey you will be missed!!!!!
Thank you for being the most awesome dad to us all and thee greatest grempa to Jaiz Your useless facts of the day and the bebidee dances Jaizen (and heine) participated in are core memories we will forever hold close to our heart! Your words of wisdom and advice for Kanoe and I have always been so meaningful and we have both grown into the best human beings we could possibly become. Our buss laugh sessions, trials/tribulations, amazing times and bombest grinds will never be forgotten. I know you are surrounded by love and light with Malie, Hinano, Heine and Bossy baby. I love you so so much dad, until we meet again.
I've know Joey since the 6th grade from Ewa Elementary school. He was really good at drawing Godzilla anyway and size. Loved his smile with the cute dimple. He was a very kind hearted man. I miss him on Facebook he always spoke and filmed his granddaughter who looked just like Moana from the Disney movie. I'll always remember him and Happy Heavenly Birthday. My deepest Condolences to his family. Much Aloha,Ebony Mendoza ( Manning)

Joe, You were so kind and always so cheerful when we spoke over the 'gram. Your whole family is so beautiful and so lucky to have had you as their Dad, Grandpa, brother, uncle, etc. Fly high my friend and give Tricky Troy a friendly slap for me when you see him! No one will ever replace Hawaiian Joe!! Stefferz
Joe was a beautiful soul who was full of love, laughter, courage, strength and determination even in the toughest of times. His passing came as such a shock to so many of us in the Brew Crew! Personally, it was such an honour to interact with him and get to know his beautiful family whom he loved so dearly! He was always so kind to everyone and never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He was full of love and laughter till the very end. He was most certainly a role model for me! I will always miss our beloved GI Joe Man. Farewell, my friend!
Joe was a great man who would always chat and spread love no matter how down or in pain he was. He was a selfless soul who would do anything for his family. You will be missed bridda; rest easy.
Joe was one of the most kind souls I've been blessed to have know - no matter how hard it was for him he always would give an Aloha and ask how we were doing - I appreciated it and I hold it close even now. The love he had for his family in how he shared was immense - he will be remembered in that so very much. Thank you.
Joe was a truly kind soul. I did not know him very well, but he treated me as if we had been friends for decades. His greetings were warm and genuine. I will forever miss our brief interactions during the livestreams as they were often humorous. He cared about everyone it seemed, and that's a rare thing these days. Hopefully I'm using this correctly when I say ALOHA to Joe, The Flyin' Hawaiian.
Farewell Joe, my friend and soul brother. Always ready to laugh, always there to care for those around him. He joined our Brew Crew and brought his amazing energy and hisbeautiful Ohana into our lives. I will never forget livestreaming with him and Ava, singing along to Moana together. His love for his children and grandchildren was so epic, and will shine blessings upon them, and his friends for an eternity. We had a lei released on the waves in Hawaii last week, as we said blessings on the beach in Washington. I miss you my friendï¸â€ï¸
