Joseph Eugene Fune Jr., 79, passed peacefully on January 18, 2026 in Wahiawa, HI.
Born on July 20, 1946 in Waipahu, HI, Joseph lived a life defined by the qualities he treasured most: curiosity, determination, confidence, and compassion. Those fortunate enough to know him recall a man who never stopped asking questions and who met every challenge head-on. Above all, his kind heart and willingness to help others left an enduring mark on everyone he met.
Joseph is survived by his devoted wife, Cynthia Fune. Though details of additional family members are not available, the love he shared with Cynthia remains a lasting testament to his character.
