Joyce Chizuko Okahara, 87, of Aiea, Hawaii passed away on April 25, 2025. She was born on July 27, 1937 in Paia, Maui.
She is survived by son, Flint (Tobbie) Okahara; daughters, Fern Sugita of Washington, Jaymie Niki; brothers, Osamu (Marilyn) Kawakami, Harold (Sally) Kawakami; sister in-law, Joyce Kawakami; grandchildren, Melissa and Dylan; step-grandchildren, Tifani and Anthony; predeceased by, sister, Betty (Ed) Tonaki, brother, Mitsugu Kawakami, son in-law, Dale Sugita.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Okahara.
Memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 07, 2025 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel.
Visitation begins at 9:30 am and service 10:30 am.
Inurnment to follow, 1:00 pm at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
