Jolly, knowing you has me a better person. A love for family and Steeped in Naval Tradition, I knew from our first meeting over a decade ago that you were a man of great strength and knowledge. I am glad to have called you a Mentor and Friend. Like so many of us working in the military, a lifetime of dedication and selfless service often comes with a heavy toll to our bodies, mind, and spirit. Your light shined bright the path to righteousness inspiring generations and now guides you on your way home. I pray God blesses you and receives you into his kingdom where you will live for eternity. Those you have left behind, while we mourn your loss, we also celebrate your life.
