JULIO B. RIVERA, 60, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away peacefully at his home on February 19, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines. His long fight with cancer has come to an end - no more pain, prodding, and poking. He is now ballin with Kobe, boxing with Jesus, and laughing and running with his brother, sister, and all other family and friends who has passed on.
He was a proud member of the American Bowling Congress and retired as a Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic for Naval Facilities Engineering Command Hawaii / Federal Firefighters of Hawaii - Local F263.
He is survived by spouse, Teresita Rivera; son, Jay (Dawn) Rivera; daughters, Janice Rivera, Jessica (Rizal) Daquioag; brother, Benjamin Rivera; sisters, Emelita Santos, Thelma Hernandez; 6 grandchildren.
Inurnment will be March 24, 10:30 am at Mililani Memorial Niche area.
