JUSTO SIMPLICIANO DUMLAO, 76 of Ewa Beach, Hawaii passed away on June 4, 2019 in Honolulu. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Phil.
He is survived by wife, Serena I.; children, Maria Leilani Winrow, Maria Jeannette Agpaoa, Myra (Roger) Ramos, Judy (Rusty) Raval, Vivian (Mike) Dela Cruz, Susan (Elton) Hodson, Don Daryl (Janell) Dumlao; sister, Flaviana Adverderada; 21 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6:00 pm Friday July 12, 2019 at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka Chapel. Wake Service at 6:30 pm.
