He is survived by his wife, Ardis Ikehara; sons, Tyson Ikehara, and Cullen Ikehara (Farres); daughter, Kelcy Cucina (Mark); sisters, Jean Ikehara (Ron Hirsch), and Terry Nakakura (Derek).
