Korri Kawika Kamaka's Obituary
Korri Kawika Kamaka Korri was born on June 22, 1987 and was suddenly taken away from us on October 20, 2025 by a hit and run bike accident on his way home after work in KoOlina. Waiting at their Nanakuli home was his wife Fergie and their 4 kids. The oldest Kapono (16) Kā’eo (13) Ku’ulei (9) and the youngest Kanekoa (1). Korri is the youngest of his siblings Kyrsten and Ginger, and son to the late David Kamaka and Lani Kamaka.
Also Known as Mr. Aloha, Korri excelled in sports in high school and his friendly outgoing personality allowed him to surpass expectations and become a leader for his peers in the restaurant and hospitality industry in his adult life. His heart for the community allowed him to lead a life full of gathering events, excitement and wholesome memorable experiences focused on generosity and aloha. He was always the first one you’d notice helping out, he had a radiant smile and an infectious laugh that we all looked forward to regularly… He was a great man. He worked hard, played hard and loved hard. Korri loved working on bikes, dreaming up his own version of the best bike. He’d spend hours talking with like minded hobbyists and created bonds that built unity and collaboration through their wild childlike passions. He built fleets of bikes for families, friends, all with safety as the priority. He loved God, he believed in truth, he believed in family. All the generosity and joy Korri has spread to so many, radiates his good works in the love and support reflected back at the time of his loss. Forever in our hearts, loving and laughing, the hammah, the Daddy, Korri Kamaka.
He is survived by his wife, Fergie-Lei Kamaka; sons, Kapono Kamaka, Ka'eo Kamaka, and Kanekoa Kamaka; daughter, Ku'ulei Kamaka; mother, Haulani Kamaka; sisters, Kyrsten Kamaka, and Ginger Kretz.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 10:00 am and service at 11:00 am.
