Lawrence 'Bala' Balatico Obituary
LAWRENCE 'BALA' BALATICO, 79 of Honolulu passed away on May 6, 2018 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu, HI. He served with the Hawaii National Guard and worked as a service technician for Earl M. Alexander (EAM). He loved playing the saxophone and playing in an ensemble band.
He is survived by his wife Evelyn E. Balatico; son Robert (Marcie) Balatico; daughter Denise Kumalae; daughter-in-law Merry Balatico; brother Harry Balatico; grandchildren Brandon (Chany) Kumalae, Shelden Balatico, Kehaunani (Marc) Edrada, Jason (Chante) Balatico; great-grandchildren Mariah Edrada, Makayla Edrada, Jacynn-Eve Balatico, Chansten Balatico. He is preceded in death by his son Jason Christopher Balatico.
Visitation will be 10:00 am Thursday May 31, 2018 at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary's Downtown Chapel (20 S Kukui St, Honolulu, HI 96813) followed by prayer service/family program at 11:00 am. Lunch will follow. Burial will be 2:00 pm Thursday May 31, 2018 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery (45-425 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744).
