And all that right back at you, Kimo. Walking up those wooden stairs on the Bishop Museum property for Tuesday hula lessons with Aunty K, you, our chanter, and Junior, our to'ete player. Heavily "encouraged" by my mother to learn hula opened up a new environment for me. Whether traveling with the HA promo group or doing gigs at the Halekulani Hotel laughing and having fun with Aunty Lena and the rest of the gang were unforgettable. And that smile and a wink she reassured us all was well. After all these years I've thought of her often with a warm heart. See you soon one day, Aunty Lena.
