Lillian Baricuatro’s life was a beautiful tapestry of love, faith, and adventure. She married the love of her life, Zacarias (Zack) Baricuatro on April 30, 1945. They were married for seventy-five (75) wonderful years together until his passing on May 1, 2020. Through her husband’s military service, they had the opportunity to travel widely, making homes in various parts of the continental United States and in countries overseas. They finally settled in their home in Wahiawa on the island of Oahu. She filled her home with laughter, warmth, and love.
Lillian was always ready for lobster fishing, camping, hiking, bowling, or golfing. She especially enjoyed working in her garden nurturing her flowers, fruit trees, and other greenery. Above all, she treasured her ever-growing family: six (6) children, twenty-one (21) grandchildren, forty-four (44) great grandchildren, thirty-five (35) great-great grandchildren, one (1) great-great-great grandchild, and continues to grow. She poured into us laughter, warmth, and unwavering devotion. Her home and heart were a place of welcome for all, where love bloomed as surely as the garden she tended.
Her faith and love were unwavering as she walked with the Lord in trust and grace throughout her life. Her life was a living example of kindness, devotion and grace.
Her legacy will forever guide our hearts. She will be deeply missed, and we are forever grateful for the gift of her life.
