Growing up in Kukea Circle Keoni was our neighbor and one of my best friends. We would always be sleeping over and playing in the yard, Aunty would always take care us boys with something to eat and a cold cup of meadow gold ice tea. Also taking us out to places like the Haleiwa Sea Spree! I'll remember u always Aunty, Mahalo nui and A hui houâ¤ï¸ðŸ™ All my Love, Aloha and Condolences to da Ohana!
I first met Lydia in 1995, she became my boss at DPW. She quickly became a friend. One of the kindest and caring people I had ever met. Always willing to listen, help and to share knowledge. I don't know when it happened. Somewhere, we became family. Her heart was as big as the sky. I never had a sister, she became that. She had that big, beautiful smile that just lite up the room. I will miss her Christmas Cards and her. We know she is with the LORD, and we will see here again. To the family, you have lost a Mother, Sister and Aunt you are in our prayers.
