I can still see Colleen in my mind and heart. She was the bestest of daughters. My sister and I lived walking distance away from Colleen. I'll never forget her beloved first pet, the guinea pig. She would come and from her scissors to our yard and pick long grass and weeds to it, everyday she would take it out of its cage and treat it with such love. It even knew how to walk backwards on a chair and pee into her disposable cup. Colleen studied very hard, carrying all her books and straw bag to and from school. She was always pleasant and very obedient. I am grateful to have had her in my life. Wish I knew her as we got older, but unfortunately that never happened. I knew she wanted to become a nurse, and I knew whatever she did, she would be good at it. Till we meet again Colleen, thank you for all the good times Cynthia Murakami Inouye
