Malvyn Cole Olaivar's Obituary
Malvyn Olaivar Obituary
Malvyn “Bino” Cole Olaivar, 81, passed away at home in Mililani on July 25, 2020. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is survived by his one and only child, Leona; and brothers Bobby, Steven, Rodney, Gilbert, and Clifford. He retired from the Motor Transportation Squadron, Hickam Air Force Base in 1994.
In his active years, he loved fishing, bowling, diving, camping with family, and sharing a beer with friends. Small in stature, he was strong-willed and strong minded, and lived and worked on his own terms. A great cook and animal lover, and a gardener with a magical green thumb. He adored his family and was a good friend to many. Strong, brave, and proud. A force of life that will truly be missed.
