He is survived by wife, Corazon Urbano; daughters, Marlene (Glenn) Fangon, Marites (Clemente III) Galapon, Mary Ann (Patrick) Domingo; brothers, Conrado (Lenie) Urbano, Romeo (Grace) Urbano; sister, Trinidad Alvarez; grandchildren, Cameron Galapon, Alexis Gizelle Fangon, Kristen Cheyenne Galapon, Glenn Maddox Fangon, Jr., Caitlyn Reese Domingo, Mason Reign Fangon, Scarlett McKenzie Domingo, Brandon Zachary Fangon, Nixon Dane Fangon.
Wake service will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel.
Visitation begins at 5:30 pm and service 6:30 pm.
Funeral service will be held on Monday May 18, 2026 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel.
Visitation begins at 9:30 am and service 10:30 am.
Burial to follow, 1:30 pm at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery,
