Maurice & our sons were Buddies when we were based together at Kadena AFB, Okinawa . Their fathers worked together & our families became good friends with fun times & loving memories made.Maurice's smile & energy has been a memory often recalled as a funny story was told or brought up. Our sons were Play Mates & Mischief Seekers. I smile remembering them all together.My heart is so saddened by Maurice's passing. We are broken hearted, but trust in the Lord Jesus to heal the pain of loss and to move forward in love. Maurice was a wonderful kid and our boys Dain and Kyle shared many adventures when we were stationed together in Okinawa. Mo and Leona were proud of the man Maurice had become, and that he was a good father to Conner. Our prayers go out To Mo and Leona as well as those who knew him and cherished his friendship. Those that were impacted by dedication to help others in this life.
I was heartbroken to learn of Maurice's accident and death. He was a close friend of my son Taylan since they were 4 years old. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones. My deepest sympathies to his beautiful grandma and his parents and son.
