Mei Sim Chiu, 95, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on October 30, 2025. She was born on December 20, 1929 in Canton, China.
She is survived by her children, Dicky Chiu, Ricky Chiu, Steve Chiu, Fung Ping, Fung Kwan, Fung Lin, Fung Ting, and Yolanda Shin.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Mililani Mortuary Downtown Chapel, Honolulu. Visitation begins at 9:00 am and service at 9:30 am.
