He is survived by wife, Debra Gearon; son, Michael James Botelho (Kalei); daughters, Patricia Silva (Michael), Kristina Mercado (Brian), and Julie Gearon (Ross); brothers, William Gearon (Teri), Thomas Gearon (Sheree), and Robert Gearon (Anna); sister, Patricia Book; and eight grandchildren.
