NANCY NACORDA KANE, age 87, of Aiea, Hawaii passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 24, 2020 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was born on November 2, 1933 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She retired from Sears after 45 years in 1999, where she held various positions. Retirement did not slow Nancy down as she did extensive traveling around the world and kept busy locally with ballroom dancing activities. She loved her family and had always wanted them nearby. Even though Nancy was a quiet and unassuming person, she will always be known for her kindness, thoughtfulness, & generosity to those that knew her.
She is preceded in death by her husband Royal Kane, son Michael Kalani Kane, brother Arthur Nacorda, and parents Ricardo Nacorda and Sotero Bausen. She is survived by her daughters Susan Kuulei Lawrence (William, Jr) and Kathleen Kehaunani Ridge (Wayne), granddaughter Kimberly Momi Bow (Charles), great granddaughter Roxy, sisters Rosaline Saloricman of Federal Way, Washington and Shirley Bellamy of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
Private services were held, burial at the National Cemetery of the Pacific. Nancy's family appreciates all the love, support, and well wishes through this time.
