She is survived by children, Madeline D. Ulep (Edgar), Oscar M. Dela Cruz (Daisy), Froilan M. Dela Cruz; sister, Imelda H. Mateo; 6 grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel.
Visitation begins at 8:30 am and service 9:30 am.
Burial to follow, 11:00 am at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
