He is survived by Spouse Cristine Angela Tamayo; Sons Neil Christian and Ryle Anthony Tamayo; Mother Amanda Tamayo; Brothers Armando ( Salome), Federando (Susan), Antonio Jr. (Vilma) and Dexter Tamayo; Sister Marylen Formentera( Eduardo).
Burial to take place at a later date in the Philippines.
