Nora Cruz Roque of Wahiawa, Hawaii passed away on December 10, 2020 at Queen’s West Medical Center. She was born on September 20, 1930 in Pandacan, Manila, Philippines. Her whole life consisted of dedicating her precious time to her family. With her strong influence and support, she worked tirelessly as a homemaker, wife and mother to ten children. In 1982, she migrated to Aiea, Hawaii, following her son to support the family in caring of the grandchildren and working the opportunities that would help bring the rest of her children and grandchildren to America.
Nora is preceded in death by her husband Edmundo S. Roque Sr. She is survived by her sons, Edmundo Jr. and his wife Emilia, Francisco and his wife Lorna, Ernesto and his wife Evie, Macario and his wife Cecil, Renato and his wife Sally, Alvin and his wife Dorothy, her daughters, Pilar and her husband Oscar De Mesa, Editha Sayaman, Leonina and her husband Gil Gatdula, Maria Fe and her husband Arnel Balmaceda, 30 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Felicitas and husband Severino Malajito Sr.
