Norman Allen Taylor, 81 of Nanakuli, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2023. Predeceased by parents, Clarence August Taylor and Ellen Moi Chai Taylor, and his loving wife of 52 yrs., Lani Renona Taylor.
He is survived by daughters, Renona (Lionel) Barrozo and Regina (Boom Burns) Gomes and sons, Norman (Lorrie) Taylor, Jr. and James (Joyce) Taylor, sisters, Marjorie Joan Taylor Joaquin and Norma Bessie Taylor Stibbard-Schoeppel, 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
Norman graduated from Kaimuki High School, after attending Kamehameha School for boys his Sophmore year. He worked at Lewers & Cooke as a truck driver. He loved to listen to music, especially, “oldies music”. He had a passion to share the music he loved by recording them on CDs and MP3s and handing them out to friends and family. He also enjoyed talking with his friends on the CB Radio and HAM Radio.
