Patricia-Ann Shigeko Otsuka-Spencer, 81, of Aiea, HI., passed away on August 5, 2025 in Aiea, Hawaii. She was born on April 9, 1944 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
She is survived by son, Maika'i Otsuka-Spencer (Breanne); brothers, Edward Otsuka (Beverly), Paul Luke (Emily); sisters, Esther Ishihara (Loren), Pauline Nichols (Daniel).
Services will be held on October 28, 2025 at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Visitation 9:00 a.m., Service 10:00 a.m., burial to follow at 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park & Cemetery.
