PATRICK AMANTIAD, 69 of Honolulu passed away on September 1, 2018 in Honolulu. He was born in Wahiawa, HI.
He was retired from the State Department of Human Services.
He is survived by his wife Iris Amantiad; sons Sheldon (Dawn) Amantiad, Royle (Kelli) Hatico, Clark Patrick (Tatiana) Amantiad; daughters Patricia Amantiad, Sandra (Mikey) Saballa, Camille (Wren) Amantiad; brother Jesse (Georgie) Amantiad, Bradley Amantiad; sisters Natalie Gabato, Girly; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm Friday October 12, 2018 at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka Chapel followed by funeral service at 6:30 pm.
